Alvarado Intermediate School Modernization is a 6 million dollar project funded by the 2006 Measure R Bond. The scope of work for the site is to replace the infrastructure for Water, Gas, Storm Drain, Sewer, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Public Address and Clocks. The scope of work for buildings C-2 and K1A is to upgrade the existing science classrooms to accommodate the new science curriculum.
The scope of work for buildings C1 thru C6 is to modernize each of the classrooms with new doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, data, speakers and clocks, ceilings, lights, and teaching wall cabinets. The remaining four buildings and twelve portables will receive new public address, clocks, branch wiring and sub panel feeders. Project for Rowland Unified School District.
