As a DSA level 1, 2, and 3 inspector he has worked on modernization and new construction projects. Including braced-frame, moment frame, concrete tilt-up, masonry CMU, wood frame, cold-formed metal studs, etc.

As a special inspector for 5 years, he has inspected various structural projects including concrete, masonry, post-tensioned, shot-crete. All requiring ICC and LA city certification. As a general contractor he has hands on experience in commercial and residential Type 1, Type 2, and Type 5 construction projects. HUD certified contractor for the LACCD and CRA programs block grant programs.

Arcadia Unified School District – Education Center. Budget: 14.5 million. Construction of a 2-story 40,000 sq. ft. structural steel moment-frame building with cold-formed metal stud framing. Masonry veneer exterior finish, elevator, new electrical switchgear substation and verifying construction conformances with DSA, CBC (Title 24) Seismic zone 4, Fire/Life/Safety, ADA compliance, NEC, approved plans and specifications, and school district standards. This administration building includes offices for the school district personnel, counseling offices, classrooms. VIEW

Arcadia High School Performing Arts Center. Budget: 21 million. Construction of a 2-story 40,000 sq. ft. structural steel braced frame building with cold-formed metal stud framing. Masonry veneer exterior finish, elevator, new electrical switchgear substation and verifying construction conformances with DSA, CBC (Title 24) Seismic zone 4, Fire/Life/Safety, ADA compliance, NEC, approved plans and specifications, and school district standards. This 1200 seat theater had a variety of classrooms including: Band room, Black-box Theater, Dance room, ticket booth and various auxiliary rooms for the teaching of performing arts skills. VIEW

Arcadia High School – Student Services. Budget: 12 million. Construction of a 1-story 50,000 sq. ft. structural steel braced frame building with cold-formed metal stud framing. Masonry veneer exterior finish, elevator, new electrical switchgear substation and verifying construction conformances with DSA, CBC (Title 24) Seismic zone 4, Fire/Life/Safety, ADA compliance, NEC, approved plans and specifications, and school district standards. Brea Olinda High School. Budget: 10.5 million. Construction of a two story 20,000 sq.ft concrete tilt up science classroom building and alteration of one existing science classroom, with site improvements. The new building had sandblasted colored concrete tilt-up panels with structural steel framework interior, metal stud walls and elevator. Site work included: soil grouting and stabilization, site drainage, masonry retaining walls, 2-concrete bridges, exterior stairwells, ADA ramp, and a new asphalt paved parking lot. VIEW

Las Positas Elementary. Budget: 3 million. Construction of a two-story 12,000 sq ft. steel braced-frame classroom building with elevator. Site work included a new water main and water supply, a vehicle access ramp, and new parking lot. VIEW

Mcgaugh Elementary School. Budget: 12 million. Campus wide modernization project of all (20) existing buildings. Including a new (277/480 3-phase main switchboard) with new electrical sub-panels and service to all buildings, new MEP systems, site improvements, etc. Installation of a new shade structure and five interim housing classroom buildings.

La Habra City School District – ($7,500,000 all projects)
El Cerrito Elementary School. Budget: 2.6 million. Construction of a two-story 10,000 sq. ft. steel braced-frame classroom building with elevator

Aerolite Elementary School. Budget: 1.4 million. Modernization and electrical upgrade with a new fire alarm system, ADA compliant
ramps, handrails, and drinking fountains.

Walnut Elementary School. Budget: $550,000.00. Modernization with a new fire alarm system, ADA compliant bathrooms, and painting.

Charles A. Lindbergh Middle School (Long Beach Unified School District). Budget: 6 million. Campus wide modernization project of all school buildings (13) Scope included new fire alarm system to all buildings, 2- new chillers & 2-new boilers with new underground supply/return chiller lines to fan coil air conditioning units (60) in all buildings. New C.M.U. Mechanical Enclosure (4,000 sq. ft. x 12’ height). Installation of a new (277/480 V 3-phase) main switchgear substation and new electrical sub-panels to all buildings.

South Ranchito Elementary School. (Pico Rivera School District) Budget: 1.8 million. Modernization of two-classroom buildings including new lighting systems, electrical sub-panels, T-bar ceilings, painting, casework, etc. and a new area drainage system with RCP pipe to 60″county main line and re-pavement of parking area.
