Glen has a strong field background with over 35 years experience in project inspection, supervision, and management for a variety of projects ranging in value from $ 0.5- to 20-million, including schools, hospitals, medical offices, commercial development, residential, and public works projects. He has experience with design/build, hard bid, and cost plus contracts with owners. Inspection of DSA Class 1 projects including modernizations (with seismic retrofits) and new construction from the ground up.
Extensive experience on projects in school construction (DSA), medical (OSHPD), public works, and in the private sector. Experience as a superintendent and onsite project manager with a full staff and substantial in-house labor forces. Proficient in all aspects of construction management with full accountability for project profit margin.

These were multi-storied structures, which included administration areas, multipurpose building / gymnasium, and classrooms. 17 acres onsite improvements including grading, utilities, site concrete, asphalt pavement and landscaping. Offsite infrastructure improvements for the City of Palmdale including storm drain, sewer mains and roadway.
Wal-Mart Site Infrastructure, Palmdale, CA. $7-million Contract Amount – 33 acres onsite improvements including grading, utilities, site concrete, asphalt pavement and landscaping. Extensive infrastructure improvements for the City of Palmdale including storm drain and sewer mains and roadway. CalTrans State Highway 138 construction and improvements.
Chrysler Jeep Dealership, Las Vegas, NV. $5.2-million Contact Amount – 48,000-SF, Type 1, 2-story, structural steel, moment frame construction. The contract included extensive offsite utilities and street improvements within both the City of Las Vegas and Clarke County.
Enron Corporation, Fiber Optic Regeneration Stations. $8.8-million Contact Amount – I was in charge of twelve 2,500-SF, 1-story, masonry block structures that stretched from Dallas to Houston, Texas.
