Greg Hankins has a versatile background in three areas: (1) DSA Inspection, (2) Construction Quality Control, and (3) Architectural design, production, project management and construction administration. My most recent experience involves K-12 facilities, in addition to past experience with Community Colleges, child care facilities, skilled nursing, civic, governmental, medical and institutional projects.

Central Region Elementary School #21, Los Angeles Unified School District. Project consisted of New K-6 Facility. 56,000 sf, two-Story steel-framed building with 64-space subterranean parking and 2.63 acre site with separate Kindergarten and upper-grade play areas, running track and outdoor dining.
Ramona Opportunity High School, Los Angeles Unified School District. Replacement High School Facility including a 32,000 sf, two-Story steel-framed Classroom building, Kitchen/Dining building, Gymnasium/Locker building and on-site and licensed Day Care facility.
Pasadena City College, Industrial Technologies Building consisting of a 62,000 sf, two story concrete and steel building of Type 1 construction, facility houses traditional industrial arts programs, including: Construction, Machine tooling, welding and automotive maintenance, Facility also houses Administrative offices, Electronics and Electrical Tech programs and site work includes 8 tennis court.
Hacienda-LaPuente Unified School District. Bond Measure ‘A’ Modernization Program of 11 school campuses. Scope of Modernization: Electrical power upgrades, HVAC upgrades, complete remodel of Toilet facilities, and remediation of access-compliance barriers within buildings and throughout the sites.
