Josh has over thirteen years of construction experience in providing Inspection services for the DSA & OSHPD agencies, Structural Specialty inspection along with hands-on construction experience. In-the-field experience included time spent with the Carpenters union as well as commercial/residential framing, HVAC, and general construction (i.e. concrete, masonry, and plumbing). Inspection services include New and Existing construction projects for numerous cities, School Districts and Hospital facilities. In addition, I have experience with Quality Control Management services on Los Angeles Unified School District Projects.

Nogales High School, Rowland Unified School District. Budget: $35 Million. Highlights of the project include: Two story buildings with classrooms and administrative offices, a beautiful multipurpose room the size of a basketball court, a new food services building and, as part of the multipurpose room, two unique stages for inside/outside student activities and performances. Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Hospital Inspector – OSHPD. Numerous construction projects. Work includes structural construction (Concrete/Structural Steel), medical gas systems, data network and mechanical/electrical systems.
Nogales High School, Rowland Unified School District. Modernization Project (Campus Enrichment, Library & CTE Business Modernization, Relocation of classroom building and the construction of the 13-CR ramps and relocation of 7 classroom buildings). This project included the retrofit and upgrade to numerous classroom buildings and the complete remodel of the campus Library.
Brea Olinda Unified School District, new elementary school. The school consisted of (5) individual buildings consisting of a Structural Steel infrastructure (moment frame) along with structural masonry and wood framing.
Los Angeles Unified School District, High School & New Elementary School. Budget: 75+ million. Construction included the Structural Steel moment frame infrastructure for (4) individual four story classroom buildings, subterranean parking structure with cast in place concrete and structural masonry walls, as well as other smaller structures.
Los Angeles Unified School District. Numerous existing projects throughout the San Fernando Valley. Projects include Modernizations, Fire Alarm projects, ADA upgrades, elevator installations, complete remodels and renovations of school structures. Components of construction included Structural Steel, Concrete and Structural Masonry.
Los Angeles Unified School District. new Middle School Budget: 60 Million. Construction consisted of the Structural Steel moment frame infrastructure for (3) individual four story classroom buildings (including a Structural Steel bridge system), (1) two story MPR building, cast in place Concrete decks and Structural Masonry walls.
