Rowland High School Modernization is an 8 million dollar project funded by the 2006 Measure R Bond. The scope of work for the site is to replace the infrastructure for Water, Gas, Storm Drain, Sewer, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Public Address and Clocks. The scope of work for building D is to increase the square footage from 7000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft and change the use from standard to science curriculum. The scope of work for building E (separately funded by CTE) is to modernize eight existing business classrooms. The remaining ten buildings and sixteen portables will receive new public address, clocks, branch wiring and sub panel feeders.
